[After a long battle with hesitation, the Pie Maker finally decided to speak. He felt this intense urge for baking from the moment he laid eyes on this nightmare. Pie baking was a small whimper to the familiarity of home; "stress baking", he would later call it. Definitely not comfortable enough to explore on his own, the untouched urge was driving him into insanity.

Or the fact he involuntarily was cast into this science-fiction film without a proper script, that could be a large factor. Maybe.

NEVERMIND, he's going with the text:]

this is going to sound a bit odd, just bear with me

is there any place aboard that hauls garbage with rotten fruit and foods?

well this doesn't look like the type of place to rely on janitors, unless they're some kind of new space age type of janitor
i don't see myself standing in a knee-high pile of trash, so something is collecting

it transcends odd by a small bit, to be quite honest. there might be, but as far as i know, no one has gone looking for it.

if it makes you feel better, i'm sure there's been a question that was far more odd asked before that one. or potentially one will be asked later on. ...that depends, how willing to find yourself lost are you? granted, you might not get lost, but there's always the possibility around here.
