I'm about to sleep, but before I do, I want to apologize for my actions. [She is already feeling the guilt that will inevitably grow once her mind is clear.] Anyone I hurt accidentally - or on purpose - please get help. I would take care of you myself, but I think we can agree that I need to sleep.
[So she's not drifting between her nightmares and reality.]
Once I'm awake, you're welcome to yell at me. I won't stop you.

[She keeps her comm on until she has taken the Dreamless Sleep Potion. Then it's only a matter of time before she drifts off into a deep, much needed rest. She'll answer any replies when she wakes up.]
