hey it's sally
look, i just remembered something really bizarre that happened like a month ago that might totally have something to do with all of that nanite bullcrap, and i want to pass it off to someone who might actually have any idea what to do with it.
when you reply can you make it private or something? filtered or whatever - i just don't know how to do it in a way assholes can't hack, and i want to know who i'm actually telling this shit to

But if he did it, why the messages? They sound more like warnings than threats.

Text, 100% encrypted, unhackable etc.
Out of curiosity, do you have the ability to build an encryption? If not, I can offer you one.
[That said, whether or not someone manages to apply something like that properly is something else.]

back to the thing - there was this dude on my post like a month ago, kate calls him "the ghost pirate", apparently he was part of some kind of raiding party except now he's dead? he was talking like he knew things, like how we were wasting our time and ~something was coming~ but i couldn't get any straight answers. but if you can figure out what else he knows that might help us?
idk what you guys can do with that, if you can even do anything. i didn't want to just sit on it if maybe it could help

As to the rest of it... thank you for speaking up.
I think the man you're speaking of is Felix Laurens, yes? The trouble is that I'm not sure he's completely himself anymore. He interrupted my conversation with Carolyn Fry earlier this month, after we mentioned him.

Appreciate any intel you've got. Notions. Uh, observations, anything. I been doing nanite research in connection with other people handling the CSI, investigatory, lets-brig-the-motherfuckers aspects.

Right, okay - [ he'll notice right off the bat that her whole upper jaw and at least two teeth on each side of her lower jaw are sharp - they may as well be dog or wolf teeth, if they weren't so clean. because of that, just about everything she says has a sort of sharp-toothed lisp, but this is important so she just enunciates a little and tries it anyway: ] So like a month ago, I did this stupid... drinking game thing over the network, to get people to lighten up for like five seconds? Anyway, this dude rolled in all grouchy and hard-ass and Kate sends me a private thing like, 'hey, you know you're talking to a dead pirate, right?' - which I didn't, but she seemed super casual about it so I guess it's a thing.
Anyway, pretty soon he kicked over from humorless asshole to ~creepy and mysterious~. [ her tone wavers a little in a fake-spooky tone, showing how much she thought of that. but then, more genuinely: ] He was talking like he knew what was coming. And, I mean, maybe he was full of shit? But maybe he knows what even caused that whole stupid mess.
cw: c-word
He blinks at her teeth a moment, though given the perspective of camera lenses, it's probably hard to tell what exactly he's looking at. No gawking, though. Certainly, Stage 3 last month left people with far stranger symptoms than all that.] Wow, [he says. Not about her teeth; about the dead pirate.] People was making references to that bloke banging around the network, but that was months ago-- I di'nt know he'd been around again.
Sounds like a cunt. [Language, William.]
Do you remember what he said? [he asks.] Or have you got a link?

harry 4 prez
extremely, is the answer.
is there something you want for it? i can kind of cook
i also have twice as many badass leather jackets as i actually need
this whole thread: locky mclockerson-locked the third, esq.
(Disclaimer: I'm writing the encryption, I can obviously get into it, no, in case you worry later that I am offering this specifically to access your private information, I probably don't really care what you're texting your friends about and yes I'm available if you end up needing more help. Any kind of network communication is like sex - the only real safe option is abstinence, but wanking gets old after a while and walking all over the place to talk to your friends is a pain.)
