Indeed! The ship has tried to steal it from me countless of times to no avail. Unlike other weapons, this one is most efficient when shared and encouraged by many. It is a dire task to try and wield it alone.

I have known a priest who reads in this language from a worn book. But he only speaks of one god when he does so.

and this other language, as well. whatever it is. dark age scandinavia has never heard the likes of the romance languages before. to the ear, they are lovely. )

Inner fortitude is matchless in value. But that doesn't mean you can't become a shieldmaiden yourself.
