A project, yes. Would it help the ship, that's my main concern. I still haven't been able to access any sort of system since our lovely experience in the Bridge.

I can suggest a few projects that might improve our understanding of the ship, or help people to live more comfortably. Getting our heads round this place doesn't have to involve the ship's systems. At least as far as Comms is concerned, we've made our biggest leaps when we circumvent them entirely. Start from scratch, as it were. There are unfinished projects other scientists left behind, too; food generators and short range transporters, handheld sensor equipment, shuttle enhancements...

If there's anything I can do to help or if I can put in a good word for you with someone let me know.

I'll be more than happy to take suggestions on what needs to be done. Depending on the scale of them, I'm sure that I can find which ones I can do and get it back to do.

Tony Stark might be a good place. He might not remember me, or even if he does, I highly doubt that "blue woman that evades questions" is all that memorable.

Something that could scan the local proximity for black holes--that'd be top of my list right now, if I had the expertise to do it myself. Automatic photo-imagers that could be set up in the stasis bay while we're sleeping, proximity sensors that could keep Security from having to patrol so many floors.

I'll speak to Stark on your behalf. It's a good excuse for me to call him in any case.

Should be simple enough. We used basic mapping probes in the UNSC, I don't see why I can't find the materials to make the probes themselves. It's just getting the information back to us that's going to be a challenge. I can't do much if I don't know what I have to work with.
