I don't know much, but me and my friend Keith went to a wedding once. It was my aunt's wedding. Aw, man, they had this giant punch bowl, I'm talkin' like three feet wide an' shit. Long story short, Keith fell in. Fruit punch over 90% of his suit.

I guess first you need to pick a date and figure out who you want to officiate. Then where you want to have it.

The gardens might be pretty, or there are those rooms with the holographic things in them. So you can pick your own surroundings.

After you have the when and where, just send invites and figure out food. If you even want food. And decorations.

You're probably not going to be able to do all of this by yourself.

Because NOT getting married is going to magically save all of our lives. That's the answer, that's the end all be all of our survival. Is all of us staying single.

Just because there's bullshit to think about doesn't mean there aren't people who are trying to find a little bit of fucking humanity in this death trap. Maybe I want to go ten seconds without thinking about the fact that we'll all be dead within the year? Maybe I want to do something that isn't shitty in the time we have left?

Do you think people stopped getting married during the world wars? No. Grow up. Life is shitty, and people die and it's a fucking mess. It doesn't mean we're not allowed to focus on something good for a change.

If you don't mind me putting in my two cents...

Don't think the planning part has to be any more complicated than it needs to. No priests, no contracts - just something for us and no one else.

So if it's all the same to you, might I suggest just a ceremony or something at the chapel in the gardens? It's quiet, peaceful, places for people to sit...

Keep it simple.
