Hi, everyone. Sorry for my recent absence. Thankfully it was just a normal flu, not a creepy space flu. I'm feeling much better now.
[The happy announcement comes out lacking enthusiasm. Wetting his lips, he pauses briefly, thoughtful.]
But that's not what I really came on here to say. I came to say that Nathan Petrelli wasn't wrong. We're not going to get anywhere by searching deeper into the ship; I think Smiley made clear that what we're supposed to be working toward isn't a physical destination. He was saying we need to finally solve the mystery of what we're all doing here, and he claims he's given us all the information we require to do so.
Whether you think Smiley is a friend or a threat, I don't see any other choice. Either we solve this thing and figure out what's happening here, or we sit around and wait for whatever end greets us. And I don't think any of us are happy to be that complacent.
I've been in the process of gathering as much information as I can - you all know that. I started out doing it with Cambitas and the info posts, but I've also been keeping track of other things. Things Smiley has said, things people have experienced and seen in dreams and the visions we've all been sharing. I've been coming up with some theories, too. But I can't do it alone.
Some of you are privy to information I don't have. You've spoken to Smiley privately, or seen things you haven't talked about publicly. And even if you haven't, I'm still only one person. The amount of information we all have individually, compiled, is overwhelming.
Cambitas was supposed to be a safe place to share information, anonymously or otherwise, and I'd like to start doing that again. We know now that Smiley and Ward can see even the most encrypted conversations, and that's something I can't help. But you can remain anonymous from your fellow passengers, if it makes you more comfortable. All I'm asking is that you share. Things you know, your theories, things you think you know, however uncomfortable. Send them to me, share them publicly, however you please.
Let's see if Smiley is right. Let's see what conclusions we can reach if we all work together.
