And he’s even managing to focus on his face and not his eyebrows, so there is some progress there at least. And when he begins speaking, well, it’s obvious that SOMETHING has happened.]

Well. Tranquility. It appears that there is more on board here than we would have first imagined. The media libraries in particular, when one really attempts to delve into the ship itself, can be more useful than we’ve seen so far. I’ve come across [He snooped across, let’s be honest.]

I...think this has something to do with the structure of the ship perhaps? A building plan? A schematic perhaps, for engineering? There should be some way for me to send everyone a copy if someone could be of assistance in terms of the programing needed to do that? I am not quite sure WHAT I’ve found here but I would welcome any help in figuring this out.

Well, that leaves me feeling a little luckless. I've been searching the libraries for months, but clearly I was looking in the wrong places.

[He might just take this as inspiration to try harder from now on, though.]

Considering our surroundings, strange is hardly a reason to dismiss anything.

As I had been as well. It seems to have just...appeared. At another strange time considering the other report of the...[Ship?, Station. Combefere is not not sure what to call it.] Of what we found.

Of course, that means I am asked to believe things I never did think were possible had suddenly occured. Which is most odd as well.

It certainly adds to the implications of our environment being manipulated around us. [Or them being toyed with, but he doesn't say that.] That said, I think I'd rather take whatever information we can find, even if it does appear it's being laid out for us on a well-timed platter.

Mmm, true. It IS better than nothing perhaps,. Or it gives us some false sense of security in knowledge for the moment that we may yet hope is true. I suppose there have been worse.
