[Hello, Tranquility. Have a Combeferre who is obviously fascinated by something or other, by the look of intense concentration on his face as he peers out at the camera. And he’s even managing to focus on his face and not his eyebrows, so there is some progress there at least. And when he begins speaking, well, it’s obvious that SOMETHING has happened.]

Well. Tranquility. It appears that there is more on board here than we would have first imagined. The media libraries in particular, when one really attempts to delve into the ship itself, can be more useful than we’ve seen so far. I’ve come across [He snooped across, let’s be honest.]

I...think this has something to do with the structure of the ship perhaps? A building plan? A schematic perhaps, for engineering? There should be some way for me to send everyone a copy if someone could be of assistance in terms of the programing needed to do that? I am not quite sure WHAT I’ve found here but I would welcome any help in figuring this out.

Actually, I think it's brilliant. Not a lot of people who'd push on outside the limits of their time. Cheers. I've wanted a map for ages, every time I try and make one it ends up wrong.

Well, I mean to adjust to most of this eventually, though this DOES go a bit beyond the usual. Does it so? I've heard suspicions that the ship itself wanted this found...that it may have a consciousness? Perhaps if so, it finds this these things are entertaining too. But perhaps it has had reasons before this...

My apologies, that all sounded completely insane. It's felt odd since the jump here though I won't deny. Perhaps that has me thinking in that vein.

All tech's got a consciousness, in some sense of the word. The Tranquility's definitely greater than the sum of her parts, I'll tell you that much.

Absolutely. I can say with surety, that inanimate sentience isn't just the realm of fiction. And the Tranquility does seem to have something of a mind of its own at times, eh?

That. That is what I am afraid of. Combined with everything else that has happened this month. ...Have you felt watched, yourself? If they add up...if it was waiting until now to BE noticed...

So you would not necessarily lump them together. That's comforting I suppose. I merely wonder. And I feel like I'm being lead around here like a...penned up animal of some sort but it's by the ship itself. It's most uncomfortable.

Whatever's at the heart of this ship's got bigger fish to fry than us as individuals, so I'd not worry overmuch about it.

Well, in general, I suppose then. I would suspect the feeling is at least somewhat mutual.

Absolutely. Careful, though. We in Engineering do a lot of delving for scrap metal, but it's easy to get lost in this ship, and there's... places it's best not to go alone, and creatures what're wanting to kill you. If you're following the map, go along with a friend or two, eh?

Quite a good idea, yes. A friend of mine was trapped for two weeks recently. I would not wish that to be me.
