I've heard as much as is known about where we are, and although I wish that there was more what I do now know is far more helpful than nothing at all.

My name is Helen Magnus. I arrived in the last 'jump' and would like to offer my help in any way possible. I've heard of a shortage in the infirmary but if there is anything else that I could also do please, do ask.

I'm John Watson; I'm one of the medical crew. The situation is really a matter of numbers for now. There are three medstaff capable of emergency medicine and, well, a few hundred passengers. You're part of the third wave to come in.

If you're serious about joining the crew, we do need the help. Have you had any experience in a clinical setting?

It's a pleasure to meet you. Do you know the specialties of the staff? Even with just the three of you a range would no doubt have helped you a little.

I do. I ran a private facility prior to finding myself here.

A shortage of medical personnel? Does this extend to psychologists?

I'm afraid that I don't have the answer to that - no one's mentioned it to me.

There are a number of people here who could probably use someone to talk to after what's happened.

We've got people who are in different bodies for crying out loud. That'll send anyone for a loop, I don't care who you are.

The best thing to do is make an open broadcast. Otherwise, let Ward know. You can swing by medbay and meet the other medics whenever you have time.

I recommend wariness around this one.

I have what you might call a knack for these things, I believe.
If nothing else, I would keep him under supervision. Especially if you put him in a position of power.

The hunch's origin stems from my death in my group's game session. I find myself particularly adept at navigating paths, both physical and not.
This particular hunch suggests that putting him in the role of doctor could enable him to create trouble. But I've been wrong before.
A homicidal maniac or two from my universe have turned out relatively calmer in this one.

[he stares for a while; almost surprised that these are concepts he doesn't recognize. everything else has been so straight forward, comparatively.]

[oh god he could kiss you. the relief of someone who might have more experience than an army medic and a former robot is nearly overwhelming.]

Then we're lucky to have you, doctor. It's been something of a wild ride so far. You'll probably want to get acquainted with Medbay as soon as you can.
