Hello.

As you all know, we need to find a new meeting room, since we can't have any privacy anymore in the kitchen. For this, I'm offering my room, small as it is. If you have any other ideas, please let me and everyone know.

Also, we might have got potential members with the recent jump. I already know Sherlock Holmes the Second could be interested; any others?

My apologies, but as much as I enjoy the company of this group as a whole I find that I am a little reluctant to spend time in a small bedroom with the rest of you.

Perhaps one of the lounges? We could always bar the door. [Or lock away voyeurs in a closet until they were through.]

Plenty of empty rooms around this ship. In fact, you could say there's a boatload.

....Okay, not my best. But how 'bout something 'round the area of the cargo bay? It's not far from the passengers' quarters, and nobody else has much call to be headed down there.

I like both of your suggestions better than mine already. Someone else suggested the lounges, I think, but the problem is the same as for the kitchen. As for a room near the cargo bay, I think it's a good idea.

Oh, and why not one of the shuttles? Provided there's enough space for all of us.
