I cannot decide whether to find this rather unexpected set of circumstances to be fascinatingly new or simply very aggravating. [No, that's actually a lie. He's very annoyed--mostly because it put a kink to his current on-going bid for power plot to usurp his brother's ascension to the throne.] However, that is not the point of this message. I am merely pointing out that I am obviously new to this ship and as such I would endeavor to enlist some form of aid for but one problem worrying me; one that, at the least, could be addressed immediately.

I am looking for someone. To be precise, I am looking into the possibility that one or several persons may have have arrived or awoken at the time that I did. Their names:

Thor
Sif
Fandral
Hogun
Volstagg

If you have met any of these individuals or have any information concerning them: I apologize for any uncultured behavior quite probably displayed by them and I would like a word. Preferably about their whereabouts. If you are any one of those individuals: I am blaming you for this folly and, as usual, I am certain I will be the one to fix your unfortunate mistake. You might wanna inquire after somebody else - or actually, a couple somebodys else, different versions of the same person - who came from the same or similar, uh, worlds. [ talking as though this makes total sense and this kind of thing happens all the time. ] I'm guessing you know him, and he made more of an impression all around.

So, like I said, I think the first two were here for a little while. There might be one or two of their allies still around. I'd have to look it up.

But the main name people are gonna recognize is - sorry, I forget, this stuff is confusing if you're not used to dealing with multiple people with the same starting identity. There were two of him, one younger and one older, and they used different patronyms. [ La la just drawing this out for the fun of suspense la la. ] I didn't know the younger one long, but the older one and I were kind of ... friends. Friendlyish, anyway.

They both called themselves "Loki."

They weren't too uncultured. Sif was plenty classy, and Thor wrestled me once. It was badass.

In my experience, there's no real pattern to how and why people arrive and then disappear. The last world I was on was similar in that way, though the setting was certainly different.

I took the liberty of checking the network, but I didn't see mention of those names. Which naturally isn't to say that they aren't here, though I think it's probably a good indication. Most new arrivals (myself included) seem to post to the network shortly after arriving.

You'd think someone would keep an updated manifest.

It is worth the chance to ask.

I found only a estimated amount of current occupants upon the vessel, and that not constantly updated. And it seems the ones responsible for such data deign to remain anonymous--no surprise then that there is no manifest with names written for all to see.

The number identification of this ship, the ones used by this device and the rest of the technology here, I find quite ... lacking in usefulness. But perhaps it is purposeful.
