[Bail does his best not to show just how confused he is right now. Even surrounded by strangers, he defaults to habits acquired when those around him looked to him for guidance. But he has questions. It's only natural.]

Is there a library to be found somewhere on this vast vessel? I wish to learn of the space we are travelling through. More importantly, of the people on the worlds we might come to.

[A pause while he further considers the situation]

Failing that, would anyone here be able to explain the local political and cultural climate?

New York. I'm afraid I haven't heard of Alderaan?

It's fine, you wouldn't be the first. Carolyn reminds me all the time that not everyone knows where Earth is. She heads our flight crew.

So--any more questions, Senator?

It is. Although our best guesses show that it's at least from the future of my planet. The names of the stars, some of the elements we've come across here, reference things that happened on Earth thousands of years ago.

Greek mythology, mostly. Gods and monsters, the story of Jason and the Argonauts. There are Earth vistas in the holodeck databanks, too.

The library would be a good place to start, my friend, and if you'd like to discuss things that aren't greek mythology - not my field, I'm afraid - you're welcome to speak to me any time. In fact, I'd welcome it.
