Also, I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find a second communicator? I know we're provided with them when we arrive, but I need access to a second one for a project I'm working on.

The Tranquility isn't, as far as I'm aware. But the shuttles only have a limited supply, which could be an issue if there is an emergency.
