[Initially, a video comes on which shows a few sheets of paper taped to a wall, with a stack of more paper and a few pens on a table below. The paper on the table is blank, but the papers on the wall, it soon becomes clear, are wanted posters. Currently, the makeshift bounty board contains the following three posters on it:

A note is taped under the third which reads "Contact Cid Harrington for details".
At this point, the video cuts out and the following text appears:]
Introducing: the Tranquility bounty board. Got a job you don't want to do? Rather pay someone else to do it? Visit the 7th floor common room, write or draw a description of the job and reward, and leave some contact info so the bounty can be collected. All jobs accepted.
(OOC: Yes, that's right, Mordecai and Lilith were bored and drunk and decided to have some fun, and thought that the community noticeboard was just a bit too, well, community-oriented. A post for the board will be permanently housed here; feel free to submit your character's postings there, should they desire to contribute to the board!)
