[She pauses, and takes a long moment to just breathe. Internally, she's cursing herself for not making this a text, because it's a challenge to keep her composure right now. She chews on her bottom lip and then manages to pull herself together enough to speak again, though her voice is shaky]

I know at least some of you know him. His name is Murphy Pendleton. He's middle aged, around average height, I'd say. Brown hair. He has a scar on his right cheek. He's been missing for a few days. If anyone's seen him, or knows where he might be...

[Then her voice breaks and she abruptly switches the feed to text]

I dont mind helping you investigate if you want. Murphy and i are rather close acquaintances.
However it appears people come and go around here a lot. Try not to fret too hard!

i was scoping out the ship not too long ago
didnt pass him on the way back to civilization but theres a lot of ways to get lost on a ship this size
could do another trip out if you need a search party

No. At least not that I know of. He's hard not to like. I at least know he doesn't have any sort of arch nemesis or anything like that.

That would probably be a good idea. It'd be good to have more people looking for him.
Apparently messages have been going through to his communicator, so he's still on the ship. He didn't leave it in our room, so unless he dropped it somewhere, he's probably not in any condition to be able to answer.

If you're talking about the ridiculous messages he sends when he's drunk, then yeah. He does. Hasn't done much good this time, though.
