That is good, then. Ah, but it seems as if at that time, America-san had no close allies. Perhaps things will be different now. [That's Japanese for I've got your back bro or something, I'm sure.

Mostly he thinks if he stands up at the meeting and reminds everyone America is young, it will help or something like that.]
