One would think this goes without saying, but seeing as this is the second time it has happened on my stay here, I would like to say that if you seek medical attention for any reason, please do come to the medbay. I know we all have our trust issues, but having bodies hit the floor without knowing who they are or what is happening makes our job a lot harder. It only wastes time, literal life saving time.

And while I'm on it, if you see someone passed out, it is also not wise to move them unless you're trained to do so. Internal damage is not always noticed.

[There's a pause before she adds.]

Also the girl Charles Xavier found is in recovery now. She should be waking up soon.

Righty-o. 'Cause I was thinking, see, that people might be a little leery of anyone working with the quote unquote man, but as we're all in this together avoiding doctors just 'cause they're doctors or whatever is fucking stupidity.

[It's almost as if she's speaking right at him. Cancer is certainly a thing that the doctors should know about, but he's leery of the information becoming public knowledge (being a public figure he's well aware that leaks do happen) and he's already declined medical treatment before he arrived here.]

If you're intending on hiding something, collapsing in public hardly seems the right way to go about it.

No. I can understand the hesitance, but people have died on this ship before. If someone needs medical attention, this is what we are here for.

I do not know about other worlds, but I still try and abide the laws of my world. There is a such thing as doctor/ patient confidentiality. I realize that this cannot always be applied, but there is no point in hiding medical conditions here. Not when we do not know how long we will be here or what this place can do to make it worse.

There are also those that have resigned themselves to whatever comes or choose not to speak or even accept help due to personal beliefs. It does make your jobs harder, but we do all make our own choices.

I s'pose it's be a bit much to expect immortality. Still, I'll admit I've been a little wary. I had the same doctor for years, so getting that relationship going again with a buncha strangers, but weird.

Do you think you need to come in? There's a difference between being physically injured when you show up here or having something happen or a pre-diagnosed condition and just ignoring it.
