[It's been long enough since the grav couches evacuated that she's confident that she can put something like this out. She clears her throat after the camera clicks on before she starts to speak. She's nowhere near as groggy as everyone else, she guesses.]

Hopefully everyone's still with us. If anyone's noticed someone missing, I think we ought to let Ward and Resnik know.

I've -- Kasumi and Garrus and I -- have been here about a month.

Cause yesterday you were all on the ship. Just sayin'. I think I would have noticed if any of you vanished to .. wherever this place is for a month.

[Tali actually looks relieved.]

Then I guess we can be sure this place stops time wherever we're pulled from.

Or I've been in a gel coma for a month, one or the other.

Tali'Zorah? Other members of Normandy crew present? Events occurred before? Suggests awareness of location. Arrival here also involuntary? [Mordin starts to pace as he thinks.] Obviously ship. Not Normandy, structure unfamiliar. Pods similar to collector technology. Ship does not appear of collector origin. Hm.

I think we'd have noticed you in the grav-couches for the last month, Joker.

Are you -- did your arrival go all right?

[Well, isn't this a grand surprise.]

Professor Solus. This is -- well, fortunate. There hasn't been anyone here familiar with alien physiology.

As far as this place, though ... no, we aren't on a Collector ship, but we were brought here involuntarily.

No medics on staff? Would assume at least simple knowledge of physiology. Poor planning otherwise. Dangerous to assume non-humans will not be injured. Happy to be of service however.

[Not that he's complaining, just confused how a ship in space manages to have no knowledge of alien biology. If it had been a species oriented ship, maybe, but there are obviously aliens here.]

How? By whom? For what purpose? Mentioned a Ward and Resnik, responsible?

Medics on staff, but -- human medics. Some of the people here are from a time before space travel.

[She pauses.]

I don't know the answers to those things, as much as I would like to. Ward and Resnik are the remains of the Tranquility's original crew.

[ Kasumi has retreated back to her room and looks none the worse for her rude wake-up. ]

We've almost doubled in size. If we keep this up, maybe we can ask for our own wing of rooms.

It'll be nice to have some more familiar faces, though.

Well, I broke my ankle, but beyond that I'm just peachy.

Are you still in the med-bay, or did they give you some crutches?

[ Kasumi can actually shed some light on this, so her video feed pops up, and she wiggles her fingers in a wave of hello before continuing: ]

From what I've been able to figure out, there aren't any non-human species in this universe naturally. At least, not sentient ones.

[ Kasumi does smile properly at that. ]

I've missed them all too. [ She pauses, thoughtful. ] I worked alone for long enough that I'm still not really used to that.

I guess it's just something I've always been used to.

[She lets her helmet dip down briefly, though.]

Still no Shepard.

I got splinted, and I've got crutches. The woman who found me wasn't a medic, but she got me by all right.

[ Kasumi tilts her head in acknowledgment. Living on the Fleet must mean being around friendly faces all the time. ]

And if what Joker says is true, Shepard and the others aren't going to come looking for us -- because we aren't missing.
