There's data that suggests the scarf was used as a device for strangulation; it would not have been pleasant on his part. You may want to think of his passing as something serene and easy, but to drown is to suffer a sententious amount of strain and desperation.

The case is on going, however, and any and all updates of information will be kept on my spare communicator.

Mourn all you like, Tranquility, but don't make the mistake of confusing me with the man lying dead poolside up. I may share the same face, the same name and the same mannerisms as him, but the difference should be obvious, especially after certain events have transpired. I am not the man you have lost, I am but a duplicate. It shouldn't have to be said, but some people have taken to treating me as though I am the man in question. I am not.

I didn't tell anyone anything people couldn't work out for themselves. It's obvious that something's happened, and the information I've given out is the bear minimum considering what I actually know. It's a perfectly acceptable response for people to panic over murderers being on board; it's certainly nothing new. People have been dying left right and centre - of course there's a murderer, how stupid do you think people are? I have low hopes for most of them, but even I think that they're capable of connecting simple dots together.
