No. We've a security force, but one cannot describe them as police, as we have no system of laws for them to enforce.

So what sorta things do they move for? Cuz there's been two dead bodies that I've heard about - where the fuck were they to make sure that shit didn't happen?

There aren't enough of them, unfortunately, to keep up a constant patrol. The ship is simply too large.

What happens to people that were cons from their worlds? Do they try and lock 'em up or is this like a move to another country, get a clean slate type of deal?

That's not what you should be taking away from this at all. I was being a bit ironic - No. You absolutely should not be taking justice into your own hands. The security team, no matter its vicissitudes in the application of justice, will indeed support you if necessary.
