[Have a Bela sitting in the middle of her bed, legs curled up around her with a mug in her hands and she looks contemplative for a few moments before she addresses the network.]

I really want to pretend that last month didn't happen.

[She frowns, taking a sip from her mug of tea, holding it between her hands and lets it warm them.]

Actually, forgetting about it altogether would be better but that's impossible so pretending it is.

[A slight smirk forms on her lips.]

Congratulations to those of you who survived.

[Bela sounds a little bitter, clearly not happy with what she went through in June.]

Perhaps a celebration is in order? Or whatever.

No, it's not. I'm still not sure where my dad came up with it, but at least I always knew when somebody was talking to me.

I don't suppose you speak any Italian?

Only a little. Mainly conversational Italian. I'm not exactly fluent in the language.

[Bela shrugs a little.]

Never really had use for it.

Better than nothing. I only know one other person who speaks it, and we usually stick to English for the sake of the others, anyway.

Oh, really? I didn't know anyone else here spoke another language. At least I've never heard them anyway.

Far as I know, he speaks just about everything. Showoff. [/says this in a teasing manner, as the person in question is still a good friend of hers]

Must be a very learned person then. That's quite impressive.

Yeah, it is. Too bad he knows it.

He's got an ego to boot, yeah?

Actually he is. All the boys are.

It's like constant live entertainment.

Certainly something to take away the boredom of this place.

I ask myself that question almost everyday.

Anyhow, speaking of the boys...I almost forgot I'd promised one of them I'd meet up with him in a bit.
