[Jack looks quite ill as he comes on screen: there are dark circles beneath his eyes, and there's a faint sheen of sweat on his face. He also looks a bit thinner than he did, though no one might actually notice that one. It's not severe, after all.]

Listen, uh, I-- I know you guys don't know me too well, and you got a lotta other stuff on your mind, but, uh, help a guy out, yeah? I ain't had no cigarette in about four days and I'm dyin' for it. Anythin' anybody's got, you know? I promise I'll do somethin' for you in return, I don't give a damn what, but-- anythin'. Please.

[He tries for a winning sort of smile, rather fails, and shuts the communicator.]

[He grins.]

I'll give ya a bottle if ya can prove t'hold your liquor, mate.

[allucinator]

Please. I been drinkin' since I was twelve. The one thin' I can do well is hold me liquor.

[bottlearum]

[Oh, well, hey. He likes you already. He smirks.]

Care t'put that t'th' test, mate?

[allucinator]

[He grins.]

You're on. Where?

[bottlearum]

[Smirk.]

The kitchens seem t'have a plentiful supply o'liquor.

[allucinator]

Five minutes, mate.

[And he shuts his communicator, immediately heading down into the kitchens.]

[bottlearum]

[He gives the boy a two fingered salute, shutting off his own comm before making his way to the kitchens, a bottle or two or rum in hand. He has his lips on the bottle, taking a swig when he enters the kitchen, waiting for this unnamed boy to show up.]

[allucinator]

[He comes in a minute or so after Jack, glancing around with interest.]

I gotta say, it's been a while since I had anythin' good to drink.

[bottlearum]

Well then...

[He hands over a bottle with a smirk.]

It's about time we fix that, aye?

[allucinator]

[He eyes it for just a second before taking a swig-- and oh my god rum Jack is not as used to you as he would pretend to be. Still, he manages to swallow it without choking, and sets the bottle down proudly. So there.]

[bottlearum]

[...Goodness. How cute. Jack will smirk and reach out and clasp your shoulder. ]

Not bad. For a kid.

[And then he'll reach out and take a swig of the rum himself. You see this? This is you drink rum.]

[allucinator]

I ain't a kid! I'm seventeen, you know.

[But he watches with a bit of admiration.]

[bottlearum]

[That'll get a huff of amusement from Jack.]

Y'ain't old enough t'be makin' those kinda claims yet, boy.

[allucinator]

You don't think seventeen is old enough? What're you, fifty?
