A captain not a crew, considering there is a sudden large influx of us all in a state of confused agitation there is only so much that can be kept under before something volatile goes off.

At least with some form of a justice system or just the thought of a possible brig time would at least help keep more opportunistic ones from wreaking any destructive mayhem. Or you want me to believe that somehow all those picked are paragons of good virtue and patience.
