That...that would be utterly helpful for all of us, especially if ever a need arises that causes for an emergency lockdown or evacuation. Though it would be too hopeful to expect the communication relays to be optimal, let alone in working order for us to contact something outside of this ship.

Though, so long as we can lower the chance of others going missing or ending up dead in the night because of a security breach we did not look at is far greater in the goal here.
