The ball is what happened when we put our keys together inside this...machine thing in the real Gortys headquarters. It was floating in the air, you dropped it and it almost fell, and that made some Atlas drones way pissed at us. And then there was a lot of holding Vaughn and Sasha at gunpoint and I took the ball and pulled out a grenade but then you did--something--with your hand and maybe the robots were listening to you, but my finger was on the grenade trigger...

[she sighs and sits back down on the bed, or more like collapses back down onto it, ball still cradled in her arms.]
