In the hopes that this works, I am going ahead with this anyway. For anyone new out there, my name is Michel Combeferre and I am pleased to meet you. For everyone else, well, I suppose it is good to meet you too. If you did not come from my Paris at least.

I am attempting to make this message another time because the lovely Eponine, whom none of you are allowed to steal from me, has given me a wonderful idea. There are many of us here who enjoy theatre, yes? And Shakespeare in particular has left his mark upon it, English though he is

Ah, sorry. At any rate, I propose that we begin a theatre group, to study and perform works of dramatic importance, which we would vote upon. There are so many places on this ship that we might do so, and I find we are not so limited in space as all of that.

Is there anyone here who might be interested in joining such a thing as that?

[His nose has started running and Combeferre disappears out of view for a moment, ducking down so he can wipe it with no one seeing.]

She hardly paid any mind to the comment about the girl or any of the more technical comments... The name is what caught her attention most. Lips pursed, she let out a soft noise.]

It would be a way to pass the time at the very least, I suppose. I'm afraid that I am not that familiar with the Englishman you referred to, though I suppose more may be.

He is merely a stepping point, of course. There are many works of drama in the world, after all, and perhaps some from other worlds that people here have come from. I am glad that you are interested in the idea, Mademoiselle.

The other French man mentioned him some time ago, signore. So it has been suggested that I make myself familiar with his works.

I do not know about that. I owned rather a great deal of guns and ammunition at home. Enough that the police would have put two and two together as it related to Les Amis. And I am not, usually, such a bad shot. Though a sword one would be better, if possible. First blood seems like a much better outcome and that is easier to achieve with swords...

[He's grinning and pulling her close after that for another kiss, deeper this time.]

Perhaps perhaps! You are so intelligent. [She's happy to kiss him again, the way he dotes on her.] oh yes! I loved to watch them, the pretty lights and jewels! And plenty unwatched pockets.

I would hope that we can make it have its own good touches here. Perhaps not so many jewels, but I was thinking that the oxygen gardens may make a nice touch. There are several plays which do take part mostly out of doors. We could, perhaps, turn them into a sort of faerie kingdom.

Perhaps! Are the faeries kind spirits or are they cruel? What role shall I play! I hope people do not believe me to be receiving the part as I live with the director!

[ objectively, sally has no idea why she's doing this, but... ]

[Combefere is grinning himself. He has no real idea what he is DOING other that this seems like a good idea, he has a few ideas for designing a space, and a distraction using the arts seems like a good idea.]

Ah, well, some of them fall somewhere in between. They are not wicked characters, but some of them do enjoy a bit of meddling in mortal affairs. And that...I believe that we will have to see who is needed and where. There are several roles that are quite large, so I think that it should be perfectly all right to cast you in one of those.

[Combeferre is grinning now,rather excited.]
