[Amalthea has never encountered anything like the communication's device. Therefore, for what seems like a ridiculously long amount of time, she will sit in the locker room, her arms around her knees and her strange eyes fixed on the screen. She has showered - her mane and skin are glowing - and she is dressed.
Small steps for some, but not for her.]
Are you watching me? [Her voice is distant; resigned.] King Haggard should know better. Trapping the others will mean the death of him.
[There is no sympathy on her delicate features.]
He isn't any different from Mommy Fortuna, who thought she could control a harpy.
[She shakes some hair out of her face and the pink mark in the middle of her forehead is revealed.]
I want to see the sky - and the sea. [It seems to pain her that she can find no windows.] There is no greater cruelty than this.

Well, it's not good, but I really hope you don't get to experience greater cruelty.
Sadly, we're among the stars, so the sea and sky are a bit far. Somewhere. But I can make it so you see them, even if it'll just be an image? If you're really homesick for them.
video;
Many do not have bars one can see with their eyes. [ the tone and words she utilizes makes it clear that she is familiar with the concept much more than a young woman ought to be.
and after a moment, her features soften. ]
Peace, my lady. None of us are able to see the sky nor the sea. But we are here together. You are not alone.

[video]
Who's King Haggard? No one has mentioned him before. Could he have done something like this?
[Her manner shifts, from curiosity and skepticism to more open friendliness: she has helpful advice to impart.]
You can't see the sea [and how she wishes she could, having grown up in a small city nestled into a fjord], but there's water in the gardens.
video;
Greater cruelty exists? [It baffles her and frightens her. She isn't in the right form to - to -
Her arms wrap around her small body and she dips her head forward.] I cannot imagine it. I do not want to.
[His offer brings her out of her gloom and she looks puzzled.]
How can you capture an image? Are you an artist?
video;
[Her hands come to her ears, but it does her no good.]
There are no others like me.
video
[video] Her eyes are technically blue in the comic too. <3
[Neither does the Red Bull. A power far stronger than both of them is at work and that, by itself, is terrifying.]
Tell me the way? I will stay there tonight.
video;
[ elizabeth's compassion is engaged, and her features soften further. ]
Perhaps not, but it does not mean that you are alone. May you tell me where you are?
If you wish, I shall join you.
video;
[A room that lacks all the things she loves best.]
It is 033 and 089. [Which means floor 33, room 89.] I will not turn you away.
video → action;
Ah, yes. But those rooms are small, are they not? If wilderness is more to your liking, perhaps you might prefer to stay in the oxygen gardens.
[ she smiles softly. ] For that, I thank you. I shall be there anon.
[ and since the unicorn's floor and her own aren't terribly far apart (6 levels of separation seems a trifle), she is quick to arrive within a few minutes. ]
video;
Hi, I'm Robin. I'm not an artist, but I'm very good with technology, and this place has technology which can show you things that're not right here. Like the stars around the ship, or the sea, or a rainbow, or elephants. Things from Earth, as far as I've been able to tell, but they're a beginning.
And then there's the Oxygen Garden, that might also be a good place for you spend time, if you're missing things, I think.

[He doesn't realize that he probably sounds pretty mean now--he's helping, in his mind.]
Crazy stuff happens here all the time, crazier stuff than just bein' trapped.

[The pain is clear in her voice and in her eyes. It's more than a longing for her. Nature is apart of her very being.]
I will reside there. I cannot rest in a metal cage.
video
video → action;
[She can hardly argue with Elizabeth's logic, so she will open the door promptly upon hearing the footsteps outside. She is wearing a pearl colored dress and her long mane is braided over one shoulder. In the middle of her forehead, there is a strange, pink mark.]
The Wizard named me Amalthea.
video;
He called me Amalthea. [Glancing over her shoulder, she slowly nods her head.] A garden would be preferable. I cannot rest being surrounded by metal.
[Iron in particular, but any metal is intrusive.]
What is the garden like?
action;
"To sooth" in Greek. What a lovely name to be given.
( though the mention of a wizard, compounded with what she'd mentioned earlier and that pink mark bring up questions. )
May I ask why you would come to maids, Amalthea? You spoke of a ceremony.
video
[The shift in tone takes him off-guard.]
Well... I wouldn't think that'd change anything. And that's not what I was tryin' to do!
video;
Um. It's a couple of levels, and then another level for raising crops, I think. If you tell me or show me where you are, I can take you there? So you can see for yourself. It's a little wild!
video
But she gives a week little smile as she continues.] Then we will be neighbors, of a sort. [And a polite nod of her head- quick, but somewhat formal.] I am the Lady Galadriel of Lothlórien.
