I rather fancied myself one, long ago, but I don't think poetry is my own creative forte, merely one of my favourite indulgences. [ A pause for thought. ] The poets amongst my favourites have a tendency to be British, but I like to think of myself as wholly open minded in matters of poetry. I enjoy many works.
