It's an exaggeration, actually, not meant to be taken entirely seriously--because heroes don't just go for the women and children, do they. But all right, if you want to be very real about it--I still think it's not exactly fair to say. For starters, real heroes wouldn't go on the network bragging about how heroic they've just been.
