[Whoops, it's been a while since Celes has made contact with... Well, anyone really. But she's just been busy exploring and familiarizing herself with the place, is all! Especially since she has an important announcement, or at least, in her eyes it is.]
Good evening, residents of Tranquility. I am now on the Security Team, so if you need any assistance with anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am here to help and protect you, so no request or plea will go unheard, that I promise you.
[She pauses for a moment and decides to derail the serious note with something a bit more light-hearted.]
I was also wondering if anyone had perhaps planted anything in Oxygen Gardens? I have some rose seeds myself, and was wondering how rich the soil was, is all.
