He has this habit of going in, flashing his ten million gigawatt smile around and with a few flashy displays, everyone's falling all over him. 9.8 for presentation, but he's not a team player, so negative five points for that alone. It's always all for Tony and none for anyone else, even if they could help him, even if not everyone feels safe playing by Tony's rules.
