I can do storytime. Okay, so back when everything that's pretty freaking old now was just pretty old, a bunch of old dudes decide they want to fight demons, save people. Problem is, they're too freaking British to do it themselves-- so they grab a teenage girl and they juice her up on magic 'roids, hand her a piece of wood and shove her out the door. Since everything outside the door sucks and wants to slit her throat and eat her insides, chick only lasts so long.

Which isn't a problem with those old British dudes-- one girl down, the next one pops up and they go ahead and grab her. Repeat that shit over and over and that's the deal, pretty much.
