So. [ That's right, no build-up, no real intro. He wants to keep things brief. ] I know a lot's been going on. But, I wanted to say, as kind of a... public service announcement. I've got a lot of experience with things like monsters, ghosts, demons-- call me crazy, but since there was already a demon invasion a while back, I think it wouldn't hurt to be prepared. Never know what's going to happen up here. Anyway, I was thinking of writing up some notes, like a... how-to guide. The basics.

[ He scratches at the back of his neck briefly. ] Name's Sam, if we haven't met. Just let me know, and we can meet up.

[ Now his expression falls, though only slightly. ]

And, for those who knew him? Castiel's gone.

[ He frowns at the camera before heaving a sigh, and then ending the transmission. ]

Monsters, ghosts, demons ... a demon invasion?

[Anders is concerned, to say the least.]

Er ... in your experience, what differentiates a spirit from a demon?

Think I've got a crash course of the basics on how that... kind of stuff works. Got more than enough room to learn more, though... if you wouldn't mind.

[He then pauses. It's a very uncomfortable pause.]

Some of the people around here might consider that a threat, you know.

What exactly do you consider a monster?

[Forgive him, but as a mutant, he's pretty damn wary of people who talk of having 'experience' with monsters.]

[ 'Experience' with 'monsters, ghosts, demons'?

Colour Niall both wary and curious. Somehow, the tone of this makes him suspect you aren't out for their protection. Probably one of those self-titled hunter types.

That's what they told me. Happened before I got here, but.

[ Well-- ] Spirits are usually... people who've refused to move on, after death. Vengeful spirits, usually, who've become twisted. Usually not corporeal, and dealt with differently.

Demons-- [ He pauses a minute, and switches it to private. ] ... They're usually humans who've been in Hell so long that they're corrupted, and become... well. Demonic. If if they escape, they can take control of human bodies, on earth.

Not at all. [ One of the more welcome responses he's gotten. Thanks, Murp. ] I'll work on it today.

[ There's a weak attempt at a smile. Then, he just heaves a sigh. ] Yeah. Castiel; he was an angel. ... Uh, literally, I mean.

Guess I asked for that one, huh?

[ Matching smirk is go. ]

I know how it sounds. [ He remembers you, Jaye. ] But, I'm not making threats. Even if some of the people around here are dangerous.

There's a lot under the topic. [ And he gets that, don't worry. He's not the shoot first, ask questions later type of guy. ] But, I've met some good monsters, and I'm not trying to start any trouble. I just think people should start looking out for themselves.

[ He is a self-titled hunter type, yep. But, he's also out for everyone's protection. Sam's just that type of guy. ]

Self-defense. Little tips and tricks, things I've found useful.

Have you ever known a spirit to take control of a human body? A spirit, not a demon.

reverse, kinda. had monsters back home, demons made their guest appearance here, but ghosts? I'm not exactly jumping to start believing in ghosts, no.

I met him once.

Self-defence? Is that exclusive to demonic invasions? I think humanity regularly requires those skills to deal with each other.

Of course people around here are dangerous. They're people and they're stuck here. [ She wonders if he knows just how dangerous she is, or if he simply thinks she's something pretty for Crowley to distract people with. ]

Still, could be taken as a threat. Or your little how-to could get someone who's nice and decent but still dangerous killed.
